Application Instructions for Different Fabrics

Cotton Materials

Temperature & Pressure Settings:

• Heat Press Temperature: 165°C (329°F)
• Pressure Level: Light to Medium
• Initial Press Time: 12-15 seconds
• Re-press Time: 2-3 seconds

Application Steps:

1. Preheat your heat press to 165°C
2. Position garment on press bed
3. Cover with parchment paper
4. Apply initial press for 12-15 seconds
5. Remove backing immediately (hot peel)
6. Re-cover with parchment paper
7. Re-press for 2-3 seconds
8. Allow 24 hours curing time before washing or stretching

Polyester & Synthetic Fabrics

Temperature & Pressure Settings:

• Heat Press Temperature: 135°C (275°F)
• Pressure Level: Light (prevents dye migration)
• Initial Press Time: 12-15 seconds
• Re-press Time: 2-3 seconds

Application Steps:

2. Position garment on press bed
3. Cover with parchment paper
4. Apply initial press for 12-15 seconds
5. Remove backing immediately (hot peel)
